For as long as religion has existed, people have had the need to build structures, special places where they would praise their gods. Yet, we tend to destroy God’s creations to make churches. We cut trees for timber, break mountains for rock, dig up clay for bricks. However, there is one church in New Zealand that is built with God’s own building blocks.
It’s a living, breathing structure, made of trees and hedge manipulated in such a way to resemble the churches we’re used to seeing. It buckles with the wind and changes colors with seasons and I can’t think of another place on the face of the Earth that’s more divine than this.
